For more than two decades, Isaiah Rickman has built a reputation as a leader in the plumbing and excavation industry. His journey started in 2003 when he founded Rickman Inc, a company that began as a primary excavating business. Over time, Isaiah’s expertise grew beyond excavation, and he became a trusted name in both residential and commercial plumbing, helping shape the industry in the region.

One of Isaiah’s biggest contributions to the plumbing community was expanding underground plumbing capabilities in the area. His knowledge and experience allowed many plumbers to offer underground solutions that would have otherwise been out of reach, making him a behind-the-scenes force in improving plumbing services across the region.

Recognizing the importance of legacy and trusted service, Isaiah purchased SML Plumbing—a company with over 30 years of history serving Smith Mountain Lake and surrounding areas—three years ago. Since then, he has continued to uphold the company’s reputation while expanding its services under the Crafty Fox Plumbing name.

When he’s not leading the charge on plumbing projects, Isaiah enjoys spending time with his wife and children, valuing family just as much as he values honesty and integrity in his work.
